Tan Ying Xuan

Tan Ying Xuan graduated from the University of Liverpool with Second Class Upper Honours. She passed the Malaysian Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) examination on her first attempt. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023.

Ying Xuan has a diverse portfolio encompassing insurance litigation, professional negligence, contractual disputes, as well as corporate and commercial disputes.

During her tenure in Messrs ATFW, Ying Xuan has had a diverse portfolio encompassing insurance litigation, professional negligence, contractual disputes, as well as corporate and commercial disputes. She represented clients from a wide range of sectors, such as legal practitioners (under the Malaysian Bar Professional Indemnity Insurance scheme), architects, company secretaries, leading Malaysian companies and multinational corporations.

Recognised for her meticulous approach, Ying Xuan continues to build her expertise in these areas and remains open to exploring new fields of law as her practice grows.

Leong Cing Ee

Leong Cing Ee graduated with an LLB Honours degree from the University of London and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice on her first sitting. Cing Ee was a recipient of JPA Bursary Scholarship, a full-ride scholarship awarded by the Malaysian Government to high-achieving students.

She was exposed to various areas of law, including but not limited to medico-legal, strata management and employment law.

She currently assists in inter alia commercial disputes, professional negligence claims and insurance litigation.

Chan Jing En

Chan Jing En graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2025.

Jing En’s practice includes insurance litigation, professional negligence, debt recovery, as well as arbitration and CIPAA matters.

Jing En approaches every matter with careful research and preparation. She is eager to further develop her experience and embrace new challenges as she progresses in her legal career.
