Prior to founding WHMP, he led the Commercial and General Litigation Department of a Legal 500 recognised firm, where he established a strong track record in complex litigation.
Elaine Koh Pei Siah has extensive experience in commercial and insurance litigation. She is known for her meticulous preparation of cases and her ability to provide practical, sound legal advice to clients.
Eng Kar Wei is a commercial litigator with prior experience as a Registrar of the Federal Court. His background provides him with valuable procedural insight and a strong understanding of appellate and trial advocacy. Clients value his ability to quickly grasp complex or novel issues and his commercially focused approach to achieving their objectives.
